In addition to our specialisation in CNC turning and milling, finishing operations and/or surface treatments such as galvanizing, chrome plating, anodising, grinding, hardening and setting can also be provided. To complete the package for you, we can also supply sheet metal parts.
Complex turning with precise tolerances
CNC turning
Pretec specialises in high-quality CNC turning for steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, aluminium, but also a variety of plastics and hard to cut materials such as Inconel and Duplex. This involves both simple and complex turning with precise tolerances. Our high-tech machinery consists of machines with robot loading, driven tools, Y-axis and rods for loading warehouses.
CNC milling
Pretec specialises in high-quality CNC milling work in steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, aluminium, but also a variety of plastics. This involves both simple and complex turning with precise tolerances. Our high-tech machinery consists of 3, 4 and 5 axis machines. A number of which have automatic loading by robot or a pallet switch system. It is also possible to work on 5 axes simultaneously.
Finishing and/or surface treatments
Zinc plating, chrome plating, anodising, grinding, hardening and corrugating are some of the finishing operations that we can take care of with our partners. As a result, we are always able to provide you with a finished product.
